After ordering you can change or cancel for free up to 48 hours before your event via email or phone. Any payments made will be 100% refunded—no cancellation fees.

We deliver everything directly to your event location with our trained and professional team – always punctual and elegantly dressed. Pickup is arranged based on your preferred timing, either right after the event or the next day. After you place your order, we’ll get in touch to coordinate the pickup with you personally.
